Mr Anal and the BS are not around! Anal's on leave and the BS is on 2 weeks of medical leave - from a dislocated shoulder, apparently. Which is weird, I mean, I'm sure he's able to work - he doesn't use his hands or legs what...just his mouth to give instructions :P (as per normal)
